To get started, simply email your document(s) as an attachment. Within minutes you will receive a response confirming receipt of your email and a PFF representative will contact you.
Please include the following information in your email along with any special instructions so that we may process your request as quickly as possible:
- Filers name
- SEC Form type
- CIK and CCC codes
Form 13D, 13G, 3, 4 and 5 require the following additional information:
- Subject Company CIK
- IRS Number

Review & Approval
We will convert your document to the appropriate SEC compliant format and email you a PDF proof for your review. We edit the document to your specifications and send you updated PDF proofs for your review and approval to file. Once you approve the filing, we file with the SEC and provide you with confirmation of acceptance.
The EDGAR system hours of operation for submitting documents electronically are weekdays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding Federal holidays. Files submitted and accepted by EDGAR before 5:30 PM Eastern Time will have the current business day’s filing date. Section 16 filings submitted and accepted by 10:00 PM Eastern will have the current business day’s filing date.
